Non-Profits

Your non-profit organization serves a special mission. Everything you do is geared to fulfill that mission. Your Board, Executive Director, area directors/supervisors, fund-raisers, staff and volunteers work in a very special world. Those who support you financially believe in your vision and mission, i.e. the reason you exist.

One very important facet of the non-profit organization that is often misunderstood by many is that while you have a mission and take “no profit,” you are still a business. You have an organizational structure, professionals educated and experienced in their field, staff fulfilling necessary functions, personnel (volunteers) who work with you and two types of clients, those that provide funding and those for whom you provide a service.

Board of Directors

The board members work as volunteers, providing their professional expertise, contacts, gifts and passion to set the tone and assist the organization. Strategic planning, organizational structure and fundraising are areas we can help them serve the organization.

Executive Director

While a wonderful position both in personal and professional terms, it can be the loneliest of jobs, an island between the board, staff, volunteers, donors and clients. Often this person finds him/herself as the resident expert who discovers that the executive coaching we offer provides valuable private and individual assistance in the form experienced support.

Fundraisers

At the heart of funding generation, the development officers/fundraisers represent and work with prospects and donors who are essential for organizational and mission support. Working with you our experience as seasoned fundraisers can redirect and/or align the processes internally and externally for goal achievement.

Organizational Alignment

All works well when members of the organization work together as a team and in alignment with organizational values and goals. We can help you determine if you are in alignment and where your potential problem areas exist using proven evaluation tools designed to pinpoint the status of your organizational health.
